When are payments due?
All payments must be made in full unless a prior agreement has been established during the consultation phase. NO REFUNDS.

What happens if there is no communication from the client?
If there is no communication from the client for 30 days, the project will be terminated and considered canceled or finished.

Note: Monthly subscription-based services are no longer available.

Is there an additional fee for rush orders?
Yes, rush orders incur a 10% add-on fee. Please discuss rush deadlines during your consultation.

What happens when the first concept is presented?
When the first concept is presented, I will walk you through the design decisions made. This is your opportunity to provide feedback or request changes to ensure alignment with your vision.

How many revision rounds are included in the project scope?
Up to 5 revision rounds are included in the project scope. Any additional revisions will be charged at $75/hour unless previously agreed upon.

What does the final payment ensure?
The final payment ensures only the agreed-upon designs become the client’s property. All other concepts and ideas remain the intellectual property of STEVY RED.

What if new work is needed after agreeing THAT the current work is complete?
Once a project is marked as complete, any additional work will be treated as a new project. A new consultation and pricing agreement will be required.

What should I provide for brand identity and logo design?
Please prepare:

• Your brand’s mission, vision, and target audience

• Core values and existing brand materials

• Inspiration for colors, fonts, styles, and any specific elements for the logo
   

What information is needed for tech packs and collection design?
You’ll need to provide:

• The number of pieces in the collection

• Sketches, ideas, or reference designs

• Material and technique preferences

• Manufacturing preferences or sourcing needs
   

This will be discussed further during the initial consultation.

What is needed for sample production and sourcing?
Prepare details about:

• Your budget for sample production

• Timelines for delivery

• Preferred manufacturers or suppliers (if any)
   

What should I provide for the official launch and brand standard manual?
For these services, you’ll need:

• Desired launch date

• Type of event or online rollout planned

• Budget for launch-related activities

• Key brand standards to include in the manual
   

What ongoing support is available post-launch?
