When are payments due?
All payments must be made in full unless a prior agreement has been established during the consultation phase. NO REFUNDS.
What happens if there is no communication from the client?
If there is no communication from the client for 30 days, the project will be terminated and considered canceled or finished.
Note: Monthly subscription-based services are no longer available.
Is there an additional fee for rush orders?
Yes, rush orders incur a 10% add-on fee. Please discuss rush deadlines during your consultation.
What happens when the first concept is presented?
When the first concept is presented, I will walk you through the design decisions made. This is your opportunity to provide feedback or request changes to ensure alignment with your vision.
How many revision rounds are included in the project scope?
Up to 5 revision rounds are included in the project scope. Any additional revisions will be charged at $75/hour unless previously agreed upon.
What does the final payment ensure?
The final payment ensures only the agreed-upon designs become the client’s property. All other concepts and ideas remain the intellectual property of STEVY RED.
What if new work is needed after agreeing THAT the current work is complete?
Once a project is marked as complete, any additional work will be treated as a new project. A new consultation and pricing agreement will be required.
What should I provide for brand identity and logo design?
Please prepare:

Can I Include Links or Videos in My EPK?
Yes, if your EPK includes links or moving videos, it will be designed in Canva and shared via a public link for easy access.
How Long Does It Take to Create My EPK?
The process takes 7-10 business days, depending on the complexity of your content and design.
How Do I Share My EPK?
Once your EPK is ready, you will receive a shareable public link. You can send this link to industry professionals, press, or potential collaborators.
